June 24, 2017 my husband and I were passing through on vacation and decided to stop for a 30 minute break. Valet parking was full so we parked in a dirt area along with numerous other vehicles. We went in, came back out 30 minutes later to one less window and all of our belongings being gone. My husband immediately found head of security and phoned the police. Head of security asked a couple questions and when the officers arrived he asked for a copy of the report and was never seen again. Both officers informed us that this happens fairly often. They have asked that cameras be installed but nothing has been done. July 18, 2017 he police report is finally finished only to find out you have to mail a written request or appear in person and pay to get it. Our insurance company requires the report to be mailed to them within 31 days. This is no longer possible since the officer took so long. Hopefully the insurance company will work with us since the casino and police could care less! DO NOT STOP HERE IF YOU ARE
