The State of Hawaii (HI) is a very particular State of US. Indeed, it was the last to become a US State in 1959. Plus, with the state of Alaska (AL), it is the only one to be situated outside the geographical territory of the United-Sates.
Hawaii is an archipelago of 127 islands located in Oceania and the Pacific Ocean at 2,423 miles Southwest the coasts of California (CA). There are 8 main islands in HI: Niihau, Kauai, Molokai, Lanai, Kahoolawe, Maui, Hawaii Island and Oahu.
