This casino has slots that are so tightly packed together that you feel claustrophobic. People constantly bumping your chair as you try desperately to relax. Ceilings are low and ventilation is poor on crowded nights where smoke from cigarettes is thick. I’m a smoker myself but it’s too much.
They really need a bigger more roomier casino that’s connected to indoor dining and not separated by 500 ft as is the case in Caruthersville.
I drive further when I go to the Dog Track Casino in West Memphis but the experience is more relaxing and the comps are 10 times better.
The atmosphere is great but it’s a crowded casino where the slot machines are jam packed together. You really need to build a bigger more roomy casino where you can relax and not feel closed in. You can’t relax at a machine bc people are always bumping into your chair. And,,,if you sit right next to a smoker, their smoke is in your face. If you’re claustrophobic don’t visit this casino. Ceilings are too low to allow proper ventilation.
