22/02/2024 - "Bad Customer Service"

Hello Sir/Madem

My family visit L'Auberge Casino after driving two hours from Houston Tx. We pull into the Valet parking area 2/19/24 @7:45-8:00pm and was greeted by one of the Casino employees. The parking employee started arguing with me about where I stop my car in the Valet area. I told him that I only wanted to park my car and I would pay whatever needed. The Employee continue to argue with me, I call for the Manager on Duty. I explained my experience with the Valet employee to a Derryon Esprit and Corey Caldwell Managers I was told they would handle the situation. After ordering some food at one of the restaurants, my wife and I decided not to stay at the hotel. So, we go back to the Valet area to get our car and the employee can't find the keys. After some time, the keys where found and we told by Manager Corey Caldwell, we gave them the wrong ticket. On 2/22/24 I call the hotel front desk 8:00am to get contact information for the Gerneral Manager and was told after asking for the Manager on Duty th
