Gatineau is a city located in the Canadian Province of Quebec across from the capital’s country Ottawa. The area of Ottawa-Gatineau is the fourth biggest urban area of Canada after Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver. The population of Gatineau is estimated at nearly 280,000. The other natural wonders that couldn’t be miss in the region are the Mouseau lake, the Moulin de Wakefield located 40 kilometers north of Gatineau and the Jacques Cartier Park that holds many events and festivals throughout the year. In winter, the park becomes a huge snow playground.
