The State of New Mexico (NM) is located in the Southwest of the United-States bordered by Arizona to the West and Texas to the East. A part of its south coasts is bordered by Mexico. The State’s capital is Santa Fe and the largest city is Albuquerque.

We count more than 25 casinos within the territory of the “Land of Enchantment”. In total, they all provide approximately more than 14,000 slot machines, nearly 90 table games, 35 poker tables and 4 horse tracks. One of the biggest gaming establishments is the Albuquerque Sandia Resort & Casino thanks to its attractive offer of 2,300 slot machines, 30 gaming tables and a free-smoke Poker Room. A luxurious hotel, restaurants and cozy lounges complete the offer.

As the capital of New Mexico, the city of Santa Fe boasts lots of attractions and activities. Santa Fe is known to be a colorful, historic and artistic city. Canyon Road is the epicenter of art lovers thanks to its multiple art galleries and jewelries, potteries and sculptures spread all around the street. Restaurants welcome the art seekers for a tasty break. The Santa Fe Plaza is the other heart of the city. National Historic landmarks, the Plaza hosts numerous festival or Indian and Spanishmarkets. The beauty of this place comes from the ancient buildings that surround it such as the San Miguel Mission or the Palace of the Governors. History and culture lovers won’t miss the Museum of International Folk Art, the Georgia O’Keeffe Museum or the Famous Opera House.

Largest city of the State, Albuquerque is worth discovering. Founded in 1706, the city has kept some beautiful remnants of the past. The visit of the Old Town is a must. This district was shape by Native American and Spanish cultures for 300 years. The cobblestone streets are filled with colored buildings that house shops, restaurants and galleries. The Church of San Felipe, the Albuquerque’s oldest building is located here. The other points o interests of the city are the Museum of Natural History & Science, the Paseo Del Bosque, the Petroglyph National Monument or the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center.

Interesting fact, the State of New Mexico welcomes lots of skiers on its mountains. Indeed, the Ski Santa Fe, Pajrito Mountain Ski Area, Sipapau Ski & Summer Resort and the Taos Ski Valley suggest many trails and skiable acres. Shuttles can bring the visitors up to the resorts for a reasonable price. An amazing panorama of the city could be found at the summit of the Sandia Mountains. A tramway brings the visitors to the top, for some unforgettable memories.

The Bandelier National Monuments highlights the remnants of the Native American Settlements that existed centuries before the creation of the United States. Today, tourists can admire the ancient cave dwellings and stone structures made by Pueblo people. The surrounding parks features wildlife and not less than 60 miles of hiking trails.
