Planned expansion

It's GGRAsia who managed to get the information that the Widus Hotel and Casino, in Angeles City in the Philippines, will open its third hotel tower on the 14th of September.

This tower will be called the "Clark Marriot" and while it will not be directly attached to the casino itself, it is situated inside the resort complex.

The first tower was built in 2008, followed by the second one in 2012. The casino was built in 2009.

This third tower is part of a planned expansion that will see the apparition of a fourth tower, with a capacity of 380 rooms, around 2020.

Widus International Leisure Inc, the operator of the resort has a full expansion plan already in mind.

They are meant to spend as much as 500$ million dollars after the completion of the fourth tower to offer even more venues to the public, such as convention facilities.
