Our experience at Ak chin casino and resort was a disgrace. We booked and paid for three nights and we left the resort after one night so disappointed .
1) Check in customer service was pathetic...

Horrible customer service they give away a grocery store $20 gift card and tell you because their website that you have to go to in order to claim your gift card did not post your gift card that...
This resort was amazing. The room was large, the beds were amazing, the bathroom had a standup shower and a bathtub. Coffee maker, and a little refrigerator.
