10/22/2022 - Sundays

Hit it big after 7pm

09/11/2022 - No amenities

Stopped by this casino and played at least 5 hours, only to discover the drink station was not available/open to players and you must locate an employee to get your drink due to COVID. Then after playing all that time there, one waitress walked through, I asked for a bottle of water to discover that the costs is $1.25 she stated but could get a cup of ice water from a faucet. I was upset because any casino should provide WATER to their customers after all we are spending quite a bit of money there, they are cheap! Also could not catch a shuttle from there to Winstar and had to walk across the long parking lot to the little store to catch. Needless to say The Border casino isn’t on my list to revisit anytime soon

08/09/2019 - Terrible Lighting

I play "Classic" style machines exclusively, i.e., Lucky Ducky, Mr. Money Bags, Red Ruby, Crazy Cherries, etc. All of these machines are chrome around the buttons. The non-diffused spotlights shine directly on the machines and reflect off of the machines and practically blind you. Very unpleasant. If their light was even slightly diffused I would give them a 4 or 5 but the way it is they don't even deserve a 1. I won't be back unless I hear they have done something about lights. WinStar is only 3 minutes away.
