Last Thursday, another show that the one of the Fountains was held at Bellagio Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas.

Manuel Acevedo-Gutierrez, who was probably very hot (and very drunk), decided to swim in the 8.5-acre man-made lake of the resort. After jumping in the water and performing some dance steps, the man started a real chase with police.

Two safety boats were mobilized to try to stop the 39-year-old man. The police first tried to convince Manuel Acevedo Gutierrez to go out alone. But he preferred to swim to the space dedicated for the show "lights and fountains" that occurs every half hour.

After a chase of 45 minutes, the police finally managed to arrest the man in the fountains.

This joke might be expensive, since the damage was estimated at more than $5,500 (intrusion felony and destruction of private property).

As shown in this video of a man performing a backflips in the artificial lake, Manuel Acevedo-Gutierrez is not the first to want to swim at the Bellagio…

Mary Hynes, the resort’ spokeswoman said that the artificial lake was "not a swimming pool."
